Erin Thomas
I’m a career coach, organizational development and HR professional, social justice advocate, and lover of all things travel, outdoors, food, and adventure. During the past 15 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people from all around the globe to uncover their unique leadership stance and voice, putting them in the driver’s seat of their careers and lives.
I am deeply passionate about supporting people to live big. Of course, career is just one aspect of life, but it is a major one and a perfect case study on how people behave, interact with challenges, and feel motivated.
I use career as the context to peel back all the layers of ego and noise to uncover patterns that continue to be barriers in your career and life. Once you become aware of those patterns and where and when they were born, you can then change them, so they serve you rather than hinder you.
I am a certified professional coach through Leadership That Works, Coaching for Transformation.
Originally from Northern California (a couple hours north of the Bay Area), I grew up on my family’s 100+ year old pear farm. This part of my early life shaped my lens of the world and it still informs my life today.
I currently live in Seattle with my husband Darren and our cat Pinch. We’ve been here for more than a decade now, and while I can’t say I love the rain, the Pacific Northwest region continues to amaze me.
